Need gift delivery to Ottawa?  

*Standard Local DELIVERY is $12.99 on all products

*Standard Local Delivery is up to 30km, Long Distance Delivery: 31km - 60km is $35

Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM EST for next day delivery, available on most items. For same-day delivery, available on selected items only, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST. 

Pickup is available on your selected date, any time after 1PM
Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Unit 3 - 2000 Thurston Drive, Ottawa  K1G 4K7. Order confirmation must be provided as proof of purchase upon pick-up of item(s).

Our deliveries are completed between 1:00 PM EST - 7:00 PM EST, unless you have opted and paid for BEFORE 4:00 PM EST Delivery.

Orders will not be left at the door should no one be present unless a special request to do so has been made. This special request will only be accepted under the agreement that you, the customer, take full responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. To make a special request, please contact our support team via phone or email. 

Liquor Delivery Policy

In accordance with Ontario Liquor Delivery laws, someone of legal age must be present to accept an alcohol delivery. Orders containing alcohol will not be left at the door under any circumstance should no one be present.  If it is suspected that a person is underage, government issued identification will be required before the package can be delivered. Alcohol cannot be delivered to a person who is or appears to already be intoxicated. 

Returned/Failed Delivery Policy

If the recipient is not available to receive the package and our team is not successful in reaching the recipient and/or you, our customer, the package will be returned to our warehouse to await further instructions and a $20.00 RETURN FEE will be billed to you. You can then arrange to have the product picked-up at our warehouse at no additional cost, to prepare for a second delivery attempt the following day. 

Deliveries are done between 1:00 PM EST - 7:00 PM EST unless you have opted and paid for BEFORE 4:00 PM EST Delivery.

 

PEAK HOLIDAY DELIVERY

During peak holiday periods, including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other high-volume gifting occasions, delivery times may be extended due to increased order volume, courier availability, and seasonal demand.

During these periods, deliveries may be completed as late as 9:59 PM on the requested delivery date.

By placing an order during peak holiday periods, you acknowledge and agree that extended delivery windows may apply. A late delivery during a peak holiday period, when the order is successfully delivered within the extended delivery timeframe, does not constitute grounds for a refund, order cancellation, payment dispute, or chargeback.

If an order is accepted by the recipient or delivered successfully, the order is considered fulfilled. Any approved compensation related solely to delivery timing will be limited to the applicable delivery fee, where applicable.
